For Project 4a, we are required to do a site analysis based on the site given to each course group which situated in Taman Pekaka, Sungai Dua, Penang. The data collected are shared among the coursemates. The analysis are then presented on an A2 water colour paper.

Meanwhile for Project 4b, we are given task to present a concept plan to develop only 50% of the site given in Project 4a. Another 50% of the site are preserved for future development. I chose to develop the backside of the site first as logically as time pass by the value of the undeveloped site would increase gradually. The opportunity of making good money by preserving the front side for future development is such a golden one.
