                     Overall in RUS 104, other than I get to know my own coursemates, the Quantity Surveyors, I have had also the opportunity to interact with other actors in built environment ; the architects, planners, interior designers, building surveyors, building technologies and the construction managers. I get to know each of the actors' stewardship in the built environment.

                    Apart from that, I also learn on how to negotiate with other members when completing the projects. I learned to manage stresses and to schedule the progress of a project so that I could complete all of the projects on time.

                   Other than experiencing the struggle in coming out with designs and all related to the design-basic disciplinary, I had also learn and know the steps on how to prepare the Elemental Cost Analysis and the Model Cost Estimation. The references on previous ECA on related buildings are really helpful in preparing the ECA report.

                  Studio during the whole  first semester had given me a lot of experiences as I am exposed to multi-disciplinary team especially during the progress of project 5. Not only giving me experiences and moments, but studio life also had given me a new family.
